DOOMED exists for the sole purpose of sharing coffee with friends and family.

Our focus is unique, light roasted coffee. Some will be bold and bright, while others will be more nuanced and delicate.

Each batch of our coffee comes from a single origin location, with credit always given to the farmers who worked hard to grow it. All coffee is roasted after your order is placed so that it arrives as fresh as possible.

Coffee is roasted once a week on Monday and shipped the following day. For example, orders placed on Tuesdays will not ship until the following Tuesday, though you can rest assured that you will still receive coffee that was shipped within 24 hours of roasting.

Lightly roasted coffee tends to need a few days to “degass” but I would never tell you how to live your life.

Our coffee is roasted primarily with drip and filter preparations in mind, but it will make a great shot of espresso as well. Send us an email if you’d like to chat about recipes and preparation methods!

Personally, our daily coffee is usually prepared with a Chemex using 38g of ground coffee and 608ml of water.

We can’t guarantee that coffees roasted previously will ever return. Since coffee is a crop, and crops are dynamic by nature, the types of coffee that we source will be constantly changing.
